Wipe the outsides of the mushrooms. Remove and chop the stems.
Brown the sausage, breaking it into small pieces.
Stir in the mushroom stems.
Mix the cream cheese and your favorite Lucky Habanero Salsa together in a bowl.
Incorporate the sausage mixture.
Spoon filling into the mushroom cavities. Place the stuffed mushrooms in a baking dish lined with parchment paper with the cavity side up.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
Let cool, then top with fresh parsley and ENJOY!
